Kameron McCloskey
Vice President | Development
Kameron McCloskey is the Vice President at Keene Development Group. Mr. McCloskey is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and overseeing all incoming and ongoing development and investment opportunities and projects. Mr. McCloskey began his career in real estate within the PropTech side prior to transitioning into the development and investment focus. After experiencing the real estate development industry in Tampa, Florida Mr. McCloskey joined Keene Development Group. With a background within the PropTech industry and multi-family focused development exposure Mr. McCloskey was immediately able to transition into Keene Development Group’s luxury development and investment focus in a leadership position.
Mr. McCloskey is an Elon, North Carolina native and a Greenville, South Carolina resident. Kameron received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and received his Master’s in Real Estate Development from Clemson University. Other professional recognitions include; Project Management Professional (PMP), REFM Levels One and Two Certifications, and Clemson MRED Vice President of Alumni and Professional Relations.

Charlie Patten
Acquisitions and Investment Associate
Charlie Patten is an Acquisitions and Investment Associate at Keene Development Group. Mr. Patten is responsible for sourcing and underwriting all incoming development and acquisition opportunities as well as overseeing the financial performance of all ongoing investments. After a nine-month internship with Keene Development Group while pursuing his master’s degree, Mr. Patten joined the company full-time in the summer of 2024. With an educational background in finance, accounting, and real estate, Mr. Patten was able to transition into Keene Development Group’s luxury development and investment focus in an associate position.
Mr. Patten is a Columbia, South Carolina native and a Greenville, South Carolina resident. Charlie received his Bachelor of Science degree in Financial Management and Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.

Christopher Nelli
Associate Director of Development
Christopher Nelli is the Associate Director of Development at Keene Development Group. Mr. Nelli is responsible for overseeing current projects as they progress from start to finish of the development phase. This involves all aspects of a project, including project specific accounting, scheduling, and construction oversight. Mr. Nelli is also responsible for investor relations on multiple projects, keeping investors informed and up to date of where each project stands as time goes on. After completing a three-month internship with Keene Development Group in the summer of 2023, Mr. Nelli began his full-time position in May of 2024.
Christopher is a Greenville, South Carolina native who received Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Operations & Supply Chain Management from the University of South Carolina.
